Permission level:
- Sign in to Clearstream.io
- Check the number of credits available vs people subscribed to the Service Cancelation Alert list. Buy more credits if necessary
- Go to Messages and click Create Message
- Write out your message. The header should already say ShilohCC
- Choose the Service Cancelation Alert list as the Recipients
- Schedule the message for later or select Send Now
- Click Preview Message, give it one more look over, then click Send Now/Schedule

See Message Credits at the top of the page. Check number of people subscribed by clicking Subscribers on the left and scrolling down to Service Cancellation Alert.
If you have fewer Message Credits than Subscribers you'll need to purchase more before continuing.
Keep messages short, sweet, and under 160 characters if possible, since many phones will receive anything more as 2 texts. (If you go above 160 characters it will count as 2 texts and you may need to add more credits)
If you have a link to insert, paste it in and click the Shorten URL button to save a few characters.
If it's been a while since a text was last sent to the list, it's a good idea to remind people how to unsubscribe if they don't want to get them anymore.

Create & Schedule Message
- Log in at app.clearstream.io/login
- Click Messages from the left-hand menu, then click the Create Message button
- Set your header (optional) and add your message. Watch the character counter and try to keep your message under 160.
- From the Recipients dropdown, choose the list called Registration contacts of kids with reserved spots for next Sunday
- Choose Send Now or choose Schedule for later and set your date/time.
- Finally, click Preview Message to do a final check, then hit the Schedule/Send button
