Send an email to the Shiloh News email list in Mailchimp

- Sign in to Mailchimp
- On the left, choose Campaigns then All Campaigns and make sure the Current Audience drop-down is set to All Audiences
- In the search field, search for "Service Cancellation Template" then using the drop-down, select Replicate
- Rename this campaign with the date of the service cancellation and edit the subject line
- Click Edit Design to open the email editor
- If needed, send a test email to yourself or someone else
- When finished, click Continue to go back to the campaign's home page
- If all is good, click either Schedule or Send in the upper-right

For these alerts, the subject line should contain the entirety of the message so it can be seen and understood at a glance.
If someone is getting an email notification on their phone, the subject should tell them right away what they need to know. If there are more details they can go inside the email.
On the left is the email and what it will look like. Click on the text to open that block in the editing pane on the right and change the text to your message.
If you're copy/pasting the message from somewhere else and the formatting doesn't look right, just select the text and click the Clear Styles button.
Click Preview at the top, then Send a test email
When you click Send you'll get a pop-up asking for confirmation. Just click Send Now.
When you click Schedule you'll get a pop-up to choose a date and time
