During Service

‣
Each Sunday the A/V team should be given an Order of Service sheet, which is a piece of paper with all the details of what will take place during that Sunday’s service. This may involve worship, announcements, a message, videos, and more. Below are some details on how to handle each given situation.

Worship

💡
Have the screens behind the drums on the motion background!
‣
Before each song fire its blank slide first so settings are applied
‣
Start your motion background from the Media area at the bottom
‣
Track with the worship team and keep the lyric slides in pace with/slightly before what they are singing
‣
If they go into a song that isn’t in ProPresenter, try to find it and display it (but don’t worry if you don’t find it in time, it’s not a big deal)

Announcements

💡
Have the screens behind the drums on the Shiloh slide!
‣
Make sure the screens behind the drums are set to the Shiloh slide
‣
Track with the announcer and make sure to advance the slides for each topic they discuss
‣
Play any videos or media they might have

Message

💡
Have the screens behind the drums on the Message Title Slide!
‣
Set the screens behind the drums to the Message Title Slide
‣
Project the Message Slides on the main screens
‣
Project the Message Slides on the screen behind the sound booth
‣
If the preacher wants you to, track with their sermon and click through the slides when they want
‣
Play any videos or music that the speaker may want.

During Videos

💡
Have the screens behind the drums off!
  • Keep the screens behind the drums blank
  • Be sure that the sound engineer is aware of the video and unmutes the computer’s audio
‣
Shut everything off before and after the video
