During Service

1. They should all have a worship macro that formats the screens correctly (the little purple “m” in the top right corner)
2. This should mean that the screens behind the drums are displaying the worship backgrounds, it should no longer have the Shiloh slide
3. This should also mean that the screen above the sound board is displaying a black screen with the current lyrics and the upcoming lyrics
4. If “2” and/or “3” do not work, either insert the worship macro in the blank slides or simply click the worship macro bar

Click a motion background slide after you’ve first selected a worship blank slide. You can pick whatever motion background you want, but you can try to match the theme to the stages color scheme.

• You can click the next slide two different ways. 1, click the “right arrow” on the keyboard

• 2, click the next slide with your mouse. I recommend being open to this because the worship team doesn’t typically follow the order of the worship song’s slides.

• Click the Search button in the top right corner and type in the name of the song you want to find.

The shortcut for this is “Command + F”

• Hit “enter” and find the correct version of the song you’re trying to find. You can click on them individually and it will give you a preview of the lyrics.

• If the preview looks correct, click the Import button in the bottom right corner of the preview box.

• Go to “Shiloh Back wall” tab and click on the slide that says “Shiloh: Know God, Find Freedom, Discover Purpose, Make a Difference”
• FYI: This will pull up the graphic on the 2 small/back wall TV’s on stage

The only way to remove this graphic and return to one of the motion backgrounds for worship is to first press the “F1” key, which blacks out all TV’s. Once you do this then you can select the motion background you would like for the worship set.

Click each announcement slide as they tackle that topic.

When you’re putting the video into ProPresenter it should be put into a slide, so all you need to do is click the video slide and communicate with the sound engineer that you will be playing the video so that they can unmute the Mac.

This slide should be included in the message slides that you imported for the service. You should have dragged it over with the other “Shiloh Back Wall” slide, so all you’ll have to do now is go there and click it.

In order to do this you must click the Message/Slide macro in the bottom right section of the screen. It should have a blue bar. When you click it, the formatting should change and the preacher should be able to see the slides that are being projected onto the main screens on the TV behind the sound booth.

To turn everything off you can either press the “clear all” bar on the far right, or you can just press “F1” as a shortcut.
