No slides on Stage Display (Sound Booth TV)
Quick Fix:
📌 Make sure the 'Slides' Look and 'Slides' Stage Display are selected.
- From the Screens menu go to Live: Lyrics and choose Slides
- Go to Screens > Stage Display: Lyrics and choose Slides
Avoiding this next time:
Make sure the first slide for each section has actions that change the Look and Stage Display automatically.
No lyrics or no next lyrics on Stage Display (Sound Booth TV)
Quick Fix:
📌 Make sure the 'Lyrics' Look and 'Lyrics' Stage Display are selected.
- From the Screens menu go to Live: Slides and choose Lyrics
- Go to Screens > Stage Display: Slides and choose Lyrics
Avoiding this next time:
Make sure each song starts with a blank slide that has actions to change the Look and Stage Display automatically.
No lyrics on Live Stream
- First, confirm that the preview window is showing that lyrics are being output. Also check that both Audience and Stage outputs are on (green).
- If those are as they should be, there is a Blackmagic box under the counter with an HDMI plugged into the back almost directly behind the screen. Carefully unplug it and plug it back into the same slot.
Missing green background for lower thirds
- First, Clear All and fire a lyric slide again.
- If there's still no green background, go to Screens > Edit Looks... and select the Lyrics preset on the left.
- Under the Lower 3rd column click the Presentation button and choose Lyric Styles > Custom > Lower 3rd (No Bkgrd).
- Hit the Make Live button at the top, then Clear All and re-fire a lyric slide.
Live Stream lyrics aren't lower thirds

Song did not import from Planning Center
Motion backgrounds don't fill width of Back Wall TVs
Back wall slide is showing on Mains instead
Quick Fix:
📌 The document that contains the slide needs to be targeted to the Announcements layer.
- Select the document/playlist item that contains the slide.
- On the right side of the header for that item, click the circle icon and choose Announcements.
- Clear All and re-fire the slide.
