At 9:00a all parties involved in the Sunday service have a meeting (including the worship team, A/V team, sound engineer, anyone speaking or preaching, and the video team). This usually takes place in the sanctuary in front of the stage.

3) Start Pre-Service Aesthetics

Before service starts have Spotify playing music

Set the screens behind the drums to the Shiloh slide
‣
5 minutes before service start, trigger the Countdown & Pre-Roll
‣
1 minute before service starts play the 1-Minute Countdown
