Immediately after the message when people are leaving, play the Pre-Roll slides on auto-advance
Set the screens behind the drums to the Shiloh slide
Have some music from Spotify playing if prompted to (check with the preacher in advance) And make sure to be mindful of the room when you select what music to play. If people are being ministered to, choose a song that fits with the moment rather than some upbeat pop music.
Close ProPresenter and any other open programs
Leave Mac turned on (enables remote access)
Turn off stage TVs and TV above sound booth
Turn off the breakers and the speaker’s switch
Throw away any papers (services plan, message notes, etc.)
