Setup

1. Turn the Owl over and plug in the USB cable and power adapter.

2. Plug the USB cable into your computer, and plug the power adapter into an outlet.

Once the Owl’s eyes stop pulsing and you hear a hoot, the Meeting Owl is ready to use.

3. Plug the HDMI cable into your computer and the other end into the TV.

🖥️
If you're in the Café or Shine room, each TV has an HDMI outlet built into the wall beneath it. Using that will be much easier than trying to plug in behind the TV. This outlet should be available as HDMI Input 4.

Use your computer's display settings to mirror your screen to the TV.

💻
You can place the laptop a few feet in front of, but facing, the TV. That way people can sit under the TV and form a full circle but still see those online by looking at the laptop.

4. Place the Owl on your table.
