Collect onboarding docs (W-4, I9, Direct Deposit)
Add EE to Paychex and give Monique docs to file
Send instructions to register for Paychex and download app (if applicable)
Create a personal door code and share the unlock/lock & one-time codes
Order Credit Card

Software/Accounts

Create shilohcommunity.church email account and send login credentials
Email template
Share Google Drive folders
Share instructions for how to add Drive folders to My Files and how they are laid out
Install and setup Drive Backup & Sync
Create a Microsoft Office account/license
Install Office apps on computer
Add needed permissions in Planning Center apps
Send instructions with how to use Planning Center apps
Add to Shiloh Amazon account

Hardware

Aquire any needed computer hardware
Connect to hidden Shiloh wifi network
Connect computer to Shiloh Printer
Setup phone extension and send instructions for voicemail
